1. HANDLING TIME

Order Processing (Handling Time) usually takes a few days after receiving your order confirmation email. Details of processing time for different product types are listed in the table below. A ‘business day’ is considered any day Monday – Friday and does not include public holidays and weekends.

2. TRANSIT TIME & DELIVERY TIME

With the different product types, we have different handling times as mentioned in Section 1. Consequently, the estimated delivery time is different for types of products. Please check the details in this below table:

  1. On the checkout page, the estimated arrival time will be presented. It shows the arrival date based on the delivery time estimation mentioned in Section 2 (with the weekend included)
  2. The above time frame is only applied for orders to destinations with standard shipping methods.
  3. The majority of our orders are processed and shipped within the time frame we offer above. However, the time period above is only approximate and can differ in individual cases. Some items/orders may require a longer ship-out and/or delivery time frame.

5. ORDER TRACKING

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available. If you do not receive either a confirmation email or a tracking link, please re-check your email, including your SPAM/JUNK box for any missing order notifications. You can track your order by using your tracking number. If it is over your estimated arrival date, please contact us, and we can take care of this for you.

6. CUSTOMS RULES

Orders being shipped outside of the United States are subject to customs or duty fees. The fees are governmental in nature and not charged by . We state 1) in the checkout, next to the international shipping options, and 2) in the confirmation email that these fees may apply. Selecting the gift wrap option at checkout will not prevent these fees from being charged. For any issues regarding customs or duty fees, please contact your local customs office. These fees cannot be refunded, as they are not charged by us.

International shipping times are not guaranteed. Customs clearance can significantly delay the delivery of international orders. Such delays are not reflected in our estimated shipping times and are beyond our control. To ensure the most efficient handling of your international order, please make sure to include a local telephone number and email where you can be reached. Please check with your local customs authorities in advance to determine your country’s specific import requirements.
